Justin Olsen and Gravity Components spent some time in Santa Cruz with Andrew Taylor, and Gravity's newest recruit Connor Gallart. Connor is a 13 year old shredder currently residing next door to the "Post Office" trails in Aptos, California. His Mom moved them closer to the trails so he could spend more time shredding and less time commuting. As the latest addition to the Gravity Family, Connor is one of the coolest little dudes around and rips with the best of them. Everyone can see that he has a big future ahead of him. We are stoked to have him on board.

We always see AT riding the sickest spots and gnarliest zones in the magazines and videos, but in this segment we wanted to show Andrew's local scene. Santa Cruz has so many different spots to ride it's amazing. AT took us on a bit of a private tour and gave us a little insight on his long standing relationship with Gravity Components.

This is the first of Gravity's 5 episode series shot by Justin Olsen. Stayed tuned to Pinkbike.com and www.ridegravity.com for the next Gravity video featuring Eric Porter in Mid June.

Sick video! So cool to see Conner at his age with motivation to progress at something with his own free will. Its hard to get kids involved in something they love that is not scheduled by parents. He loves the bike, he lives next to the Post Office, he's got the skill and everything he needs to become one of the best!

Chuck he's a good kid too really nice and friendly.

Best video I've ever not seen! Thanks

Nice!! Glad to see the kids rippin it up!! Nice to see a pro step up and mentor the little dude and a bike company that's willing to step in and throw some love his way too.

Good on AT for being a good advocate for the sport and his sponsors, and supporting the up-and-comers. We need more rippers like him around

  • 4 2
Relax bud. Technically not one of those spots is in SC.
  • 1 0
Plus, does it really matter if its SC or not? The scene is in the local area and beyond. Carlmont is a sick spot.

  • 3 1
 Zing.
  • 2 0
he just got rid of his 24" last week
  • 1 0
cos with 26" he's just making it difficult for himself, unless his bike weighs nothing
  • 2 0
Making it difficult? Dude he is riding the entire post office. He's doin just fine with his setup I think.
