Best moment 2009: My qualifying run at Fort William World Cup, top section the atmosphere was insane loved it, best feeling ever...
Worst moment in 2009: My qualifying run at Fort William World Cup! I think I was soaking up the atmosphere a bit too much up top and crashed twice even on the bloody motorway! Still buzzing at the bottom though, ha!
Worst injury from biking: Broke most bones in my body, legs arms, ribs...but never from biking! Maybe I'm safer on two wheels than two feet! Crash at Winterberg left me with a Mount Vesuvius of a knee tho!
Favorite place to ride: Went out to do the Maxxis at Fafe, Portugal last year, that track was sweeeeet fast with a good few gaps!
Who do you most enjoy riding with: I ride with two 19yr old geezers! Most weekends everyone seems to call them my kids! But they're ace, so enthusiastic and always a great laugh plus they are fast - so great to try and chase. Ride with Emma Wareham at races she's ace but I reckon we spend more time pissing about than riding and Steve Hardcastle tries to kill me on the old XC night ride every week, evil Steve just evil!
Best result in 2009: Last race of the year, test riding the Propain at Moelfre, looooved it and came home in 1st place with a pretty good time!
Hopes for 2010: Trying this positive thinking out, so I really want to do well at the BDS. Hopefully have another go at a world cup maybe even stop crashing and qualify! It would be amazing to get through to the actual race!
People you would like to thank: Wayne Tabernor for sure, the guys at Propain, (Markus Zander) and Sixpack.
Bike/s: Propain Rage DH bike, Maxlight Kenises hardtail, DMR Trailstar.
And a few comments about the Propain: Honestly, I'm not the best on the spec and tech side, and when I first saw the Propain I thought it'd be way too big for me. I haven't been riding for long and I raced on an Intense Socom last year. But Wayne lent me the test bike at Moelfre and it was amazing, first run and it felt like my own bike. Really easy to ride, unbelievably easy to pedal, and the 10" (hehe) meant it cornered perfectly and held my sketchy riding style through the rough fast sections. I loved it and can't wait for this year.

Team Managers Comments "I`ve known Harriet since she first started riding Downhill and I have witnessed the rapid improvement from one season to the next. I thought she would be the ideal rider to represent the team in 2010. Since she has had the Propain Rage in October last year, her results and timed practice sessions have improved dramatically - she will definitely be a sure thing to watch on the circuit this year!"
