Riding on your own trails is always fun and creative. This time my NS Bikes' teammate Bartek 'Pope' Obukowicz came to visit, and we had a great time riding in the woods. This was also a great opportunity to meet up again and compare our two different Sodas on the same trails.
I don’t take phone even when I go ride alone because when you have tools, car/home keys, MP3 and phone, pants become to heavy and it isn’t comfortable. And always when I breaking bones in the forest first I go home and leave my bike out there and then go to hospital, thanks for this I can say that I had crash in bathroom and thanks for this gets more money from insurance. I also don’t take mobile because my mobile was new and complicated so I didn’t know how to use it so I sold this shit and I have old nokia in home
I used to carry it for emergency purposes only. However, I carry it all the time now just in case I see Bigfoot (note- I would never rat out the big guy/girl by telling everyone where he/she is). It seems the few times I have left it behind I find something that I want to take a pic of. Damn you Murphy's Law.
@bigburd when I will come home with broken hand i go take shower and then I put clean clothes and in hospital I talk that I fell out of the bath or something like that also good to say that you fell down the stairs when you have a lot of bruises. When broken is without displacement I go ride with plaster because you cant remove plaster on your own because then you dont will get all money. If your hand or leg isn't broken and is just in plaster splint you can just Cut off the bandage, remove it and put it back with new bandage when you will go to hospital to remove it.
Of course if it is serious broken better stay in home. Most injuries usually health's better when you ride and keep mussels in move because if you will be sitting and dont do anything after plaster your hand will be weak like shit. I rode with plaster few times the same like my friend and everything always was alright. www.pinkbike.com/photo/6556475
Riding DH I try not to take it with, usually out with someone else anyhow. Snowboarding, I used to not but now that I listen to music while boarding I take it with.
VERY VERY GLAD I had it while out dirt jumping last month though. Was riding a local spot alone, same as I had dozens of times before. Ended up taking a stupid fall and shattering the head of my radius in my elbow. Worst pain I've been in out of all the broken bones I've had. Couldn't walk by bike to the truck let alone drive my truck (Manual) and didn't want to leave my bike. Fortunately my dad was in town for the weekend and I was able to get ahold of him to come help out.
Jaws, You are my favorite rider next to Semenuk, I love watching every vid you make and I love seeing your trademark/signature moves in them, however brother could you please pick a better Bike to ride? love you Brother
No, literally, only when I'm asleep :/
It isn't nothing strange.
