Airtym he doesnt mean the Rampage contest, he means the video editing contest, you need to be a US citizen to enter. which in my opinion is Bullshit!

Yeh , that's a serious buzz kill. The prize pack is unbelievable and they've narrowed it down to the US only and the best edit could have come from all the other countries , not saying it would have but I guess we'll never know.

I guess they just don't want to sift through +50k edits , or maybe it's legal reasons.

watch the judges scratch their heads over the final videos up till 10 min before the show airs... that much kit for a 30 second teaser.. either everyone and their dad will try, or nobody but the heavy hitters will go for it... or most likely both.

Rampage is held in the US, RedBull USA is providing the contest. It sucks that its not provided in other countries, but it would be silly to announce a winner in another country on US national television, I'm guessing thats why.

ya there is nothing strange about a guy from another country winning a contest in the US or Canada or any country for that matter, there was no Canadian in the top 3 for the joyride comp at Whistler and there was nothing 'silly' or strange about that, its just a competition, and some people win and some lose.

im not saying thats the way it should be. but since red bull usa is paying for it, thats the only explanation (that i can think of) for it only being for people in the us. Idk why else it would be that way.
