Well Done Julie!!! Soooo fast in the downhill sections, especially in the "tree house" section, yuuuuuhhh!!!!!

Julie looked like she didn't even raise a sweat! So consistent....Also very happy Maja Wloszczowska was in shot most of the time!

I wonder what happened to Emily Batty. She's normally a pretty strong contender. She rides a bit of DH and Moto so i wouldn't think the rough stuff would bother her that much.
(Aug 31, 2013 at 6:54)
Dam, that's a close finish.
(Aug 31, 2013 at 10:29)
Anyone followed Julie this season know if she's still riding a 26er, or if she moved to a 650B now that both her frame and fork sponsors offered them.
(Aug 31, 2013 at 13:16)
When we see pictures we'll be able to tell since the difference is so big between 26" and 650b that you can spot it from a mile. Noooooot!
(Sep 3, 2013 at 6:14)
She was on 650B this past weekend and it looks like the past few races. It looks like she started out on 26" and changed up to the current bike at some point.
(Sep 3, 2013 at 8:13)
Probably because her team's bike sponser has eliminated 26er hardtails from the top of the lineup for next year, and she's too tiny for the 29ers.It amuses me though that the race team not only uses SR Suntour forks, but has won multiple world championships, world cups and olympic gold with them, yet they don't put them on the production bikes.

Timed training is not seeding, and it means almost nothing.
(Aug 31, 2013 at 8:13)
