That RC Heli probably costs between 3-7 grand without the camera so... but you could get a small one and put a go pro on it with "similar" results.

It's the 'similar' results bit that bothers me... In reality you need a really smooth rig for the footage to be good enough to fool the viewer into feeling like they are really floating rather than strapped to the bottom of a RC heli. The slightest vibration or shake shatters the illusion. I've ended up working on a cable cam instead, they're not so easy to crash!
