I don't think they could have possibly made it any smoother

Too smooth! Even the DH one wasn't very rugged.

You might be a mountain biker if... your van quadruples in value when you put your bikes in it. Go son!

This video recalls me good memories for sure!
Together with a friend we went there for 5 weeks a couple a months ago. We brought our bikes and rented a van to try the bike parks and discover the country.

Kiwis are probably the friendliest people I ever met plus they have truly outstanding trails.
Rotorua is one of the best, but there are tracks like that all over the country (Wellington, Wanuiomata, Nelson, Crater of the Moon, etc. etc.), quite a mtb paradise out there...

Stoked to have this 1 hours drive away from me. If it was my local park...then my world would be complete

The last trail was built by Empire of Dirt. Check out the other stuff they have been building. www.facebook.com/pages/Empire-Of-Dirt/161285337356763

It's just past the Shire, about twenty clicks down the Rohan pass. If you've hit Mordor, you've gone too far.

I must be the only one who is thinking those were extremely mellow trails for a DH bike and far too buffed of a trail to be 'mountain' biking.
