Practice is completely different from racing, Brendan has never beat Sam, and I don't think he'll win this one.

Yeah, But locking to the video Brendan looks the most fastest today definitely. Even that, in the race brendam could brake a little more to hill overtake him, and win the world cup!

I like Brendan's chances for getting on the podium.
Look for Ben Reid to do well here too.
Sam will win this event I bet.

I just checked it and i think yours are over all World ranking and mine are the World Cup standings... hope that helps
- + 1 Show
that's world ranking... which (I think) includes all UCI points and is different than the World Cup Overall series.
The World Cup Overall standings are..
1 Hill 1219
2 Minnaar 1203
3 Peat 1150
4 Atherton 1078
5 Hannah 929
I don't know what the deal is with French cycling websites, but the UCI and the Tour de France sites are enigmatic, to say the least!

Yeah, mtb-dre's standings are the overall world rankings. The overall world cup rankings are posted on rotorburn.com... Sam hill's still in the lead, though it'd be nice to see peaty pull off the come from behind victory to take the worlds and the world cup overall.

This isn't some national pride thing, I couldn't care less about that but Brendan has to be one of the most stylish riders ever...

do u think peaty with retire from racing if he takes this win as he'll finish on a high note with both wins?? and the world champs was the one thing he wanted to do before finishing.
- + 2 Show
If he wins the world cup hes only 1 wc overall behind nico (hell have 4 nico 5 if i remeber rightly) so i doubt he will retire he will want equal.

I hope Brendan can keep it together mentally, I watched him practice there last year (was fastest guy by far) and by the looks of him on the video, this is his track again.

haha peaty throwing the big whip over the jump, he must be feeling comfortable after he's world champ win

What's really sick is Josh Bryceland at 2:38. He swings that tight turn so smooth and fast. Dude. Someone tell me how to do that.
- + 1 Show
oh no doubt brendan has always had sick style he just reminds me alot of blinky in this vid with all the wheelying out of corners and super loose style that blinky has always had
- + 1 Show
yeah blinky likes to pull the front up out of corners. they both ride really wild. as rob warner says: "not afraid to let it hang out"
- + 1 Show
haha oh yeah warner always makes me laugh when he yells"HE'S GLOVELESS! HE'S GOT NO GLOVES!" HAHA
- + 1 Show
bredan and sam ride the same but they both came on the scene at the same time no stealing of style ocurred. Bredan is my prediction hes looking fast
