the word is, if the turnout is good for this race they'll host another and if both are good they'll fully open for next summer. anyone who can should go. even if you dont race come hang out. it could pay off and give us all some lift access trails close to home

dude we need to get a picture of the wave box at the end, dont know if its up yet. That would draw me to the race if i werne't already a local. For all of you non-shasta-base-camp-locals, some guys from redding campped up there last week for 5 days and put all of that new stuff up on the helmet cam. I couldnt find the lower half of the course's video, it just cut off, anyone got the link. POst under a reply

AWESOME! More California lift access races other than northstar!

however i do wish the race date wasn't the same day as nationals, i do believe there would be a bigger turnout any otherweekend.

i and many others that WOULD attend this race will probably be in sol vista =[

Yes, it does. All courses (XC and DH) are open to the public on Friday. XC course is closed on Saturday for the XC race, but the DH course will still be open. On Sunday the DH course will hold the race, and the XC course will be open.
