Sorge is the first person who's said "if our country depended on it" or something of that sort. even though he is from canada, I'm pretty proud of that and he is definitely moving up on my list of favorite riders. Proud to join the Marines!
Hahaha, I believe him. There's a difference between doing a drop or riding big mountain and sitting on a high chairlift or standing at the top of a forest service tower. I know this because I'm also deadly scared of heights... or he could be joking haha.
That is still one of the most absurd drops ever done but personally I just feel more comfortable with heights on my bike because I think it's because I'm focusing so much on my riding that I don't pay attention to the heights... although I was pretty racked about riding the fin in Moab, as you can tell by my weird effing laugh www.pinkbike.com/video/138651
Big props to Sorge for being classy and candid. The "bigger shoulders so I could be a better crasher" answer is hilarious, and I definitely respect his answers about his parents and joining the army. I wish some of these other riders would be a bit more willing to defend their family and awesome/beautiful country if the situation called. (I know it's just a fun questionnaire, but it still bothers me) Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing more of Kurt this year. I CAN'T WAIT FOR RAMPAGE!
As a pretty computer save guy, macs and pcs have there place. PCs are prone to hackers and virus, Macs not so much, but still can be hacked. Im all for PC but that is because im so used to them. Macs are really over prized for the specs you find inside. But to each his own. For real computer dorks linux all the way! with of course a virtual MAC and PC machine for fun lol
Macs are for idiots who dnt know shit about computers and need everything simplified. pc's are much more complex and have many many more possibilities and can be could be used for loads of different things other then just web browsing .
Above all else for me: Macs have an aluminum unibody construction that is nicer than any other laptop on the market. I can't stand all the plastic, fake carbon fiber, etc. that PC laptops have.
I find this hilarious. And I'm a few years older than both these kids. Something about ridiculous questions to people I don't know with handwriting I can barely understand.
