 This year we tried to film mostly outside the bike park, due to our last two videos with Chris being primarily in the park. Also he filmed bike park lines in episode one of the series.

 This song and many other Machinehead tunes are on my riding playlist. I certainly think I'm riding like Karver, but I really know I'm not... Good times.

 the only issue i had with it was the music wasn't entirely in time with the video... could have been a lot tighter, and i have seen some wicked metal edits with karver before

 Does anyone have the scoup on why Kovarik isn't racing WC anymore? I know there were some sponsorship issues at one point, but I would think that if he actually wanted to race, that picking up new sponsorship wouln't be an issue for him. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if it's because he enjoys the BC Stank more than UCI drug tests.

 He raced the second to last world cup and missed quali's because he got a flat. I think he go hurt on the last world cup this season as well and couldn't race. can't remember now though.

 He's pretty much a privateer now. He gets some support from spnsors, but I don't think he has a salary, I think his only money income are the MTB camps he organizes. Or maybe he does get a salary from Intense, but it deosn't seem to be enough. He was quite pissed when he couldn't race in Norway, because he had spent loads of money getting there.

 I hope you're joking. I've witnessed Vouilloz, Peat, Vasquez, Saiz, Hill, Rennie, Gwin, Ronning, Hannah, Minnarr, Gracia, Lopes, Graves, Carter...every World Cup champion in the past 15+ years and Kovarik is the one who will blow your mind in person, hands down.

I was at Mt. Snow when he destroyed everyone 3 years running, but for blown rims. Until you've seen him go by, you won't understand.

Still holds the record for largest margin of victory in a World Cup. If his bike didn't break, he won.
