Jordan Hodder finds some time to rip it up in Squamish on his trail bike after a long race season. You can't ride an 8" bike everyday, and in an area like Squamish why would you want too?

Going up.

I wish there was a full length feature film like this. Just something that shows aggressive trail riding, something that the majority of riders can relate to. The slope style, huge hucks/whips and DH films are getting a little repetitive.

I Agree, If truth was told the majority of us can't even barspin. I like jumps, but Just some good old fashioned trail riding at high speeds never get's old. IMO.

definitely the future of mountain bike films. Someone will fill this void with sweet edits like this because we are all waiting!

Here that kids...? "The best trail is the one with the longest climb..."
  • 17 1
Agreed. You get out of it what you put into it!
  • 20 0
 Yes I hear* that.

 i work for my fun!!
  • 8 1
hahah I will forever be a bike pusher, no shame in hiding who you are.
  • 3 1
can't agree more with the long climb
  • 12 2
Some people actually seem to like climbing more than descending. It's a sickness.....pray for them.....there is no cure.
  • 4 0
I dont mind climbing, but I hate climbing from a constant up and down up and down type of riding.....but put a long long constant climb in front of me with the killer gravity session to follow and I will earn it every time!

Now thats how you shred a 29er
  • 20 4
Do you mean that's how you shred a bike?
  • 28 15
If he can do that on a 29er, imagine what he can do on a regular mountain bike. Wink

Give it up 29ers. are dinosaurs! They are toast! Finito! lol.
  • 14 1
What's a "regular" mtn bike these days?
  • 4 3
i would guess something with 26" wheels. As god intended.
  • 5 1
 29ER'S ARE THE BEST!
  • 25 2
here comes everyone bagging on 29ers.....Think about it does it even matter? as long you are out riding your bike and having a good time. at the end of the day you are gunna be having a good time weather its on a 29er 26er or 650b.
  • 14 0
I totally agree...but if we follow the "How to be a Mountain Biker" rules we have to pick a shell sixpence and be a dick about it so.....damn 650b's!
  • 1 0
I like how some people have become so overly defensive about wheelsize.
  • 1 0
Wow, I just realized that "certain wheel size" got auto corrected to "shell sixpence" in my comment..but seriously, everyone has their own preferences, no need to get mad at them for their opinions
  • 22 2
'may not be what a 5" 29er was designed to do...' not sure what part of that super smooth trail wasnt EXACTLY what a 5" 29er or any bike! hardtail full sus big medium or small wheels was designed for! Just boecause a trail has a few jumps in it doesnt mean you need a DH bike tho!
  • 20 0
 DO YOU EVEN CLIMB BRO
  • 2 0
 Love it!
  • 11 1
The wheels must have been photoshoped, everyone knows a 29er cant leave the ground! LOL

Commenters need to stop using the terms 'edit' & 'sick'. Please expand your vocabulary people!

Wow, I sound old. I guess at some point along the line, you finally grow up...

Some gnar was shredded no matter if he's on wagon wheels or not. Still don't understand why anyone wears goggles on an open face helmet. If it ain't dusty, you completely lose any visual advantage, might as well protect your dental work with a full face or just wear some glasses. Oh, he prob has a goggle sponsor, carry on pink bikers...
  • 1 0
He's going so fast it'll strip the moisture from your eyes like sideways tears. I only know that from skitching trucks on the road not from riding trail that fast. Happens at about 80 kph.
  • 1 0
I wear contact lenses and absolutly love my goggles for obvious reasons. Contacts dry out real fast at 35mph even with snazy safety glases. Also, I like to ride up long steep hills and have no interest in wearing a fullface while doing so. Goggles are not just for dust, they protect your eyes from mud, branches, rocks... and keep your eyes moisty.

  • 1 0
This is how to market a bike! Most people looking for a 29er aren't gonna be shredding like this. But that is Rocky Mountain, they make top shelf bikes.
