The Queenstown Bike Festival is going off this year! Checkout the video above to follow Christchurch rider James Hoggan through the down town Teva Slopestyle course at practice today.
The main event goes off tomorrow night, where international big hitters Cam McCaul, Kurt Sorge, Sam Pilgrim, Sam Dueck, Benny Phillips - local legend Kelly McGary, and more will be putting it all on the line!

I'm so glad New Zealand is finally getting the international attention that it deserves! I always wondered why large events like the World Cup and the great slopestyle events were not adding their event locations to NZ! As I was born and raised in New Zealand, i'm just proud to see the kiwi's are getting big in the bike era. It's really a special little place.

Speaking from personal experience; born and raised in NZ and having moved to the states at 32, I have a family in the States now but would return in a heartbeat if I could. NZ truly has some of he greatest areas to ride/scenery in the world.
