In the late fall days of 2011, we sent Kona Team rider Graham Agassiz into the wilds of southern British Columbia, high above the frontier town of Bralorne, population 60. The trip was all about progression. About taking bravery and skill and seeing how far you can push them. In this case, it meant dropping in on giant scree and boulder laden slopes with no way out but straight down. For days Aggy scoped his lines, trying to discern between rideable and certain doom. Somewhere in the middle lay the sharp edge of possibility.

Born and raised in the freeride epicenter of Kamloops, BC, Aggy is now known as one of the steeziest riders in the world. His amplitude and style are both distinctive and inspirational. He's one of those guys you just love to watch ride a bike. But how did he get here? What drove him to jump on a bike at an early age? To start jumping, then tricking, and eventually attempting moves few would ever dare.

The only bike Aggy has ever ridden is a Kona. His career started as a Bicycle Cafe shop grom, then into a fearless teenager whose brazen moves landed him a free bike as part of our dealer led Grassroots Program. He's never looked back, quickly rising from backyard hero to international superstar. Get ready to take a look inside one of the world's most talented mountain bikers as he challenges his fears, follows his dreams, and puts it all on the line in the big mountains. The Kona produced Graham Agassiz Profile drops at the end of January 2012.

Went a little too far with the sound design there, eh? Less Optimus Prime, more eagle screams please! Anyway, I hope this edit will beat the supreme operator video. Kona +1 for video production.
