@kevin-mcdand, finnrambo , i swear if you post another stupid comment like that i am going to find out where you live and slap the autism right out of you. The original song is by AVICCI not Adele, or pretty lights,(unless i am wrong someone with proper knoledge correct me) plus Adele is a far better signer that any of these recent pop "stars" out there, give her some respect, her songs are very good, just overused. And dont go everywhere calling people fat, that just makes you a intolerable douche bag.
ANYWAYS, thats some fast riding!! looks like a sick course!!!!
I just had to get involved... remix is by Pretty Lights and also it is lame compared to the original which he released around 2006. If anyones wondering the whole basis of the song is from an Etta James sample taken from her song "Something's Got A Hold On Me".
what did kevin-mcdand say his comment looks to be deleted, and I know it's not by adele it's kinda obvious, but adele sure she's talented but still annoying and there was better at one point in time although the pre-teens will call that stuff "gay" now, I just don't like her voice I don't see the issue with that, i also don't like skrillex go ahead neg prop me
thank you @potatoesandgrapes for setting the record straight also i actually enjoyed this remix, out of all the remixes of this song (avicci, flo rida, etc) this is definitely the best one ive heard
As for the Avicii song: "Avicii's most notable song has been the single "Levels" which was released officially 28 Oct 2011" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levels_
I'm assuming that because you were unable to look it up yourself, youre probably not too good with numbers either so I'll help you out with the math.
2011 - 2006 = 5
As we can see, the Pretty Lights song was released about 5 years before Aviciis song. I dont thing Pretty Lights has time travel capabilities so the only logical answer is that he made his song before Avicii ripped it off.
Hell, even the remix in this video was released a few years before Levels.

now go listen to Pretty Lights cause he makes good music
Am I the only one who wishes they'd tilted the Go Pro up another quarter inch? I hate watching vids with my chin pointing at the ceiling, trying to make the camera go up ... just ... a ... bit .... more ....
I thought it was just me. A helmet cam needs to be pointed roughly toward the spot where the rider is looking, not down at the ground or up at the horizon. Rare for a GoPro sponsored athlete to have the angle wrong. Usually their setups are pretty spot-on.
You can add me as well , you can forget that the music sucked, but man my neck......, we all love redbull (as a sponsor) but that's not what i wanted to see , I want to see the TRACK !!!!! ( +10°?) . but other than that great riding!
I have a horrible time getting the right angle when I shoot with the GoPro, haven't figured out the magic yet, though the the 960 setting definitely helps. Only mount i can get consistently right is the handlebar, but then the footage just looks like you put the gopro in a paint mixer, then kicked it down the hill.
if you shoot at the 960 setting, you can pick a 16x9 frame out of the 4x3 image, and you'll nail the angle, and have the ability to change the angle through the shot if you want.
World Trail is pushing for World Champs in Cairns in 2016 or something like that. To mark 25 years since they were last there or something like that. Maybe 50.
looks smooth at the moment ... because the track was reshaped for worlds.
believe me, the track will be bombed out really fast, with some nice motoruts ...
that trail won't be as smooth as it looks anyway, go pro smooths trails out. The top reminds me of the swiss national track, crazy steep and rocky, looked pretty tame on video though!
Sorry but I'm not a fan of this course.... It doesn't have enough technical sections and seems to be an all berm/jump trail.... Don't get me wrong it's still a rough course for 90% of us including me but this is the world champs....
Agreed. It's pretty much the opposite of Champery. Sure, on tracks like this and say, South Africa, you've still gotta absolutely pin it and have incredible flow to finish on the top step but I'd rather see them shred vertical walls of roots, rocks and whatnot for Worlds.
This track certainly seems less technical than the rest of the world cup offerings, but it also looks like one of the most enjoyable to shred! This is probably one of the few I would actually have the confidence to mob down..
I don't think this race will be as good as it was at Val d'Isere! I was there watching it! Amazing atmosphere, and a nice track. It's a shame this track at Leogang has gone all "bikeparky" big burms, big tables, wooden stuff... Where's all the techy sections?!
Actually, its got a shed-load more steepness - the top of Leogang is really steep (though not as bad as Champery or Val di Sole). Plus they seem to have gone around some of the rooty sections at the bottom, which is a real shame as those are (or were) properly nuts. Scariest bit of the entire course though is all the electric cattle fencing on either side of the track - it is live and f$&k me does it hurt when you touch it :-D !!
@Camino , spend moooore time on bike , no by the computerr and you should have better condition , maybe riding for 2 minutes wouldn't be such as tiring as now ! For me it's quiet nice bmx track I hope during Worlds will be raining and form big motoruts and will be challenging, cause now, on the helmetcam track looks little boring. Cheers !
To be honest, in this vid it doesn't look steep at all. In reality, I was scared to stand there, not even riding it down. Looks rough and wild but on vids it looks much more pleasant
I'd rather see a race in ideal conditions than slop. In my humble opinion, it shows the general skills and fitness of the riders better and the riders go faster and more readily take it to the edge. I'm just not a fan of watching elite pro after elite pro sliding on their ass through slop. Danny Hart last year was of course an exception, but look at most of the other top guys that day--sliding on their asses!
This track sucks its nearly exactly the same as last years world cup track, you would have thought for world champs they would have built an entire new track. Now all the fast boys from last year will know every section and line. Very disappointed
Build an entire new track? Do you have any idea how much work and money that would take? Not to mention how much additional damage you'd have to do to the mountain?
I'm completely blown away by the ignorance of some of these comments today.
