Vincent and I have known each other for a dozen years. At the beginning, he was my mtb trainer at the local club. Now, we are good buddies and we ride for the same factory, mainly in enduro. We regularly ride together on different spots. Most often, it’s in Champagne, our region, and more precisely in Reims where we ride for the weekend outing. This winter, we decided to make a video of mountain biking (we had already ridden in the same video last year in “l’instant Morvan”, a video made in another wine region: la Bourgogne). "l'instant Morvan"

In ten years, many new standards have been seen in mountain bikes, small and large handlebars, 29 inches, 27.5, fatbike, and now the electric is fashion. It’s difficult to make an opinion on the electric bike. There are riders for and riders against. With Vincent, we thought that the best way to get an opinion on this discipline was to test it. That’s why, since the beginning of winter 2016, our weekend mountain bike ride turns into an electric ride.

We wanted to share this experience through a homemade video with no production team to show you how we lived this discovery of electric bikes. 90% of the images are realized with the sport camera but we also used a small box reflex for the introduction and the credits. We were able to test the electric bike on the spot of Reims, sometimes in the sand, then in the mud, the snow to end up in a spot a little more aerial with bumps. Let's Go!

Damned, despite all the efforts of engineers, riders, event organizers, manfacturers (well, all the staff, in fact) these bikes look still ugly simply because of this fxxcking logo. To the Peugeot HR, Please hire a brand designer, ASAP!!
