Don’t overlook your own backyard, especially when it happens to be the majestic mountains of the Granite State. Pat Noonan, a serious rider and one of the North Country’s best riders, and friend Corey Smith, who has been living the Vanlife for four years, tackle an epic ride at the Bike Park at Attitash Mountain Resort in New Hampshire’s storied White Mountains. Corey and his girlfriend, Emily King, have been crisscrossing the continent living, working and exploring in their 1987 VW Vanagon, with thousands following their adventures at Where’s My Office Now on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. (You can check them out at WheresMyOfficeNow.com and @WheresMyOfficeNow.) They’ve explored rides from the deserts of Arizona to the mountains of British Columbia.

Where s My Office Now Van on the way to ride in the Granite State.

When their travels returned Corey and Emily to their New England homes this fall, Corey connected with his good friend, Pat, to navigate the 20 miles of Attitash’s amazing downhill and cross-country trails he had overlooked during his youth. Loading the van up, they pointed north for an awesome, wild day of roots, loam, and granite, lots, and lots of granite. A special thanks to Nate Waterhouse at Attitash Mountain Resort.

This video was shot by videographer/director Sean Collins and videographer Jon King , of Jukebooth, a relentlessly creative multimedia team, using a RED EPIC DRAGON and Sony A7SII. A special thanks to Nate Waterhouse at Attitash Mountain Resort.

I was fortunate enough to get a mega tour of this area by these two guys a few weeks back. One massive day hitting up 6 summits/7000ft vertical spread over a 30 mile loop right out of town. Amazing riding, especially the two trails we rode from above Cathedral Ledge... Mind Blown.

@davetrumpore: you talking the white horse descents? Don't think there are any on cathedral but hopefully i'm wrong...

Omg, awesome. Due to child raising reasons i have slowed my 25 year rock climbing obsession and picked up a bike again. I was a former NORBA racer in the early 90's and have fallen in love again. To be able to see the favorite cliff in the world, cathedral ledge, and my new (old) favorite sport together is awesome. Where they rode on that exposed ledge i can honestly say i have spent over a year of nights sleeping under the stars. Plus, have led or tr'd almost every route on that face. That shit was awesomr. If i didn't just have a second kid (2 days old) i would be on my bike right now.

That was awesome. Thank you for representing New England here on pinkbike.com We have some amazing landscapes here in Massachusetts and the rest of New England. I made the best decision of my life to buy my 2016 Scott Genius 720 Plus back in April. Former BMX'er back on a bike after a long time off of it after breaking my collarbone twice in 1996 and 1997. Turned 50 in August, and I love mountain biking. More New England videos please.

Good to see the neighbors representing raw dawg

99% of the trails around here are all hand made, classic oldschool riding. Most trails are all old bootleg trials that through hard work over many years became legal. If you want to ride around the White Mountains and looking for a guide post @ www.facebook.com/groups/wmnemba for more info. Great video guys......

That's mountain biking. None of that twisty-flippy-spinny bullshit. This is the first video I've seen in months that actually makes me want to ride.

We have tons of great and rugged riding in NH especially in the Whites. Lots of new trailbuilding happening all over the state. Nice raw edit and silky smooth riding by the way. Shreddin!

Was the microphone placed directly onto the tire?

No shit, that audio was un-heard of...

@keithrad: Glad you guys like the audio. We used a few shotgun mics and an audio recorder to capture the sound. We then spent some time mixing it and getting it to have that awesome raw sound that it has.

@Jukebooth: Well it worked! Was awesome!
