Women don't think they can do this and so beneath the surface lies an aptitude for riding mountain bikes that goes unrealized. Men....raise your daughters to realize that they are good at this and that they can do it. My four year already says she's a mountain bike girl... she's out on those trails.

As a parent, I think the best thing you can do for your child is teach them to have confidence in themselves, whether it be mtn. biking, team sports or life in general.

We as parents set a path from conception through when we bring them home from the hospital. From the food we buy and feed them to the way we speak to them and spend time with them. I provide opportunities for them to experience success and build confidence in themselves. She's also in princess ballet and loves fishing.....so.....
