Bangers and Crashes on Squirt Merchant - Video
Ride Portugal is based on the Algarve in the south of Portugal and is a great place for a winter riding break. The weather is usually much better than the UK, with temperatures in the mid to high teens most days and very little rain! We did our first trip here in March and were blown away by the quality and variation of trails. All the trails are hand built by company owner Brian and maintained throughout the winter so they are always running perfectly for all the guests throughout the season. They also provide an amazing cooked breakfast, and a local restaurant does happy hour until 6.30pm every evening, so dinner can be as cheap as a fiver! All in it's an amazing time!
The latest edition to the Ride Portugal trail bank is 'Squirt Merchant', and it really is awesome! This creation is made up of 'man up' jumps and fast sections with big berms and steep chutes.
