just two month back from my first ireland holiday i only can say what a great landscape, what a "green", and so nice people, won't be the last time i was there and definetely i will coem back to the island with a bike...
Yea, that video was awesome!!! It wasn't anything too exciting or anything but it really made me feel good after watching it! (And I'm a VERY strict street rider...)
I went to Ireland recently and met some bikers there - probably was actually you guys. Seemed like a small but incredibly devoted crowd. Good effort on the film, looks really well made. That trail along the side of the hill with the Orange bike looked really fun.
LOOKING FORWARD!
nice editing guys, it's amazing... great trails, the environment could not be more beautiful and you just have to ride... I appreciate that. Freeride forever! I need this film.
Hi everyone, thanks for checking the trailer out. The response has been amazing so far. We will be shooting for another month or two and hopefully be releasing around spring 2009. If you register at the site you'll get an email when anything new happens. Thanks to brule for putting this on.
So refreshing to get a glimpse of a scene we seldom get to see. Can't wait to see the whole film. The trailer gives a sense of a true mountain bike film touching on why we ride and how important it is to always make the time to do so for life.

Looks like a great movie to me. I like that they take it a bit further, and you get to see who the rider is - really gives the public an idea of the pashion that goes with riding mountainbike.
Faultline clearly i did ride with them as they came ujp to me and the guys i was with and asked if we wanted to go and ride Golf course in les gets with them, but i didnt see their face we were riding, which is usually done wearing a helmet.
god dammit now i'm gonna have to add the bike onto the air fare when i go over at xmas, and explain to the gf why i'm deserting her and her family.. damn.

I need this film.
1. They used a tripod, slow pans, and little zooming. Stronger focus on aesthetics than action, etc.
2. They tried to make it look like 16mm film by using a prosumer HD cam with a 35mm DOF adapter, which is a good cheap way to fake the film look.
3. It had interviews, which almost invariably makes a video less "in your face action" so to speak. And mellow music.
