Nico Vink is the man. This year, for Rampage, we teamed up with Hope to give him the bike he always wanted but never had.

Then he took it to Belgium with Brendan Fairclough. Vincent Tupin and Sam Reynolds to hit some 80 foot jumps and give it a good ol' breaking in.

Hope Vink does well at rampage. I really think he has protential to take the win, he does build some of the biggest jumps in the world.

If only building the biggest jumps in the world were the key to win the rampage... Finger crossed for Vink nevertheless, maybe he's not doing the most radical tricks in the world but his style is flawless and he makes things look way easier than they really are.

Update. Those jumps are ridiculously big. So maybe really all it takes to win rampage is to be that mental to build such big jumps with intention to kill'em all.

I HOPE that pun was intended @Kezzerr

I don't think its good training for Rampage when you're hitting jumps that would gap the entire friggen mountain. That is one sexy rig also.
  • 3 0
I pooped my pants watching those jumps
  • 1 0
That thing he is riding in the beginning is Champery world cup track, so he trained for very steep terrain as well. Go Nico!

Motocross called... They would like their jumps back...please.
  • 49 4
 Everything is better with Slayer!
  • 30 1
 Very nice Vid!
But very sad, for an "almost Slayer bike" no Slayer soundtrack.

ohlins and hope seem to be doing lots of work together... bring on the hope derailleur and make the ultimate high end OEM pairing?! hope bars, stem, cassette, wheels, seatpost, clamps, BBs and brakes with ohlins suspension?
  • 3 0
oohhhh fu---k!!! that would be the sickest oem spec. ever!!!!!
  • 2 0
Hell yeah!! Though I was looking forward to the one piece freehub/cassette driver that was prototyped a couple years back
  • 6 0
Can you imagine the god awful colors of their display bike at conventions though. It'd make a bag of skittles look bland.

 That manual...
  • 6 0
yeah what the F*CK?! that wasn't on the stepdown lander was it?
  • 3 0
Yeah, I'm already impressed by that manual. Reminds me of that nose manual Steve Romaniuk does in The Collective movie. Obviously not the same pace, but still makes a nice couple Smile .

I like how Scott keeps there videos minimal with trying to promote their products. Respect.

Well that is some hang time, nuts jumps... If brendan pulls that bike spin off mid air in utah it should be chicken dinner time!
  • 10 0
Slayer theme, Slayer parts, Slayer helmet... No Slayer soundtrack. Not one thought was given!!!
  • 7 0
Tried 10 times pausing, replaying, pausing, replaying that car park bike spin stunt he pulled at 3:45. Still can't figure it out.

  • 3 0
this would be nice option in your range Smile
  • 3 0
These shots are soo zoomed out they look like normal jumps, until you see how long it takes for the rider to reach the other side of the jump. Vink you're the man!!
  • 3 0
Nico is a legend ! Belgium, with our small hills. Then came Nico with his excavator and suddenly we have the sickest little bikepaks! thanks and respect !!!

Nico seems a very relaxed guy. pretty sick what he can do on a bike. These jumps look indeed like mx jumps on a pushbike.
  • 1 0
My guess is next year fest will have a guy go into orbit off these jumps! There has been so much progression the last couple years.
  • 3 0
 GOOD GOD. THOSE ARE HUGE.

Look at all those straight airs..... Rampage became trick-fest so unless they can throw some trick or spins to those massive airs...they won't beat Fest guys or Godziek ;]
