So close to Canada, yet so far from Calgary... My home is in Northeastern Washington, but it sure would be nice to be a Canadian living near Calgary over the next few days! That XTR crankset is such a ridiculously good deal, and not the only one. I love a good "Stack 'em high and let 'em fly" sale! Good luck to all of you that can make it in to the shop. There just might be some good old fashion shopping throw downs over some of these smokin' deals. It will be like those mega clothing sales where women come to blows over that last dress in their size. Entertainment and good deals!!!

I just checked their website. They have soooo many amzing deals on their "Door Crashers" alone. The first person to get out of there with a TLD D3 helmet between 10am and 3pm tomorrow will only pay $199 (any size). I would be standing outside waiting in line super early for that kind of deal. Now I'm just depressed.

 My rims are bent
My frame us cracked
I landed upon cement,
But calculated inexact

Now I'm filled with sorrow
As they speak of joys to be had
For when they ride tomorrow
I will speak of finance options, with my deadbeat dad

But alas, there is a hope
A chance of sun beyond the storm
A contest by those Calgary blokes
Where I could win money, in the plural form

I need your money for I am no rich man
Just look where I am living, the city of East Van

There is nothing creative or new or impressive about this comment. It is just like the rest. I think it is genuinely cool that there are discounts as good as this currently going on in my city. I am currently deciding if I would like to come in with some of my money for school and buy a helmet. I think this would be pretty worth while but I am not entirely sure. Most likely I will be purchasing something tomorrow.

 Whilst riding down the hill,
I had a little spill,
My back brakes had,
My discs are bad,
How do i tell my dad?

As it usually goes,
He said:"are you taking the piss?"
I guess the moneys at a low,
No chance for a brake disc.

But whilst reading through this web site,
I managed to see the light,
If i win this gift certificate,
I'll be able to ride my bike!

on looking the great deals,
these prices are the best,
My dreams are coming real.

But then reality strikes,
i realize my poor luck,
i yell out a mighty "Yikes"
and to my chest, my head does tuck.

Oh i live so far away,
the travel there,
will take all day.

But right before i close the page
there is a downer,
to my rage.

I do see an entry,
for a great contest,
and thats why calgary cycles,

I rode my bike down the mountain,
All in need of a water fountain,
My intense thirst was making me hack,
If only i had a camleback.

But this is something i cannot afford,
So i may just live in a thirsty world,
But that is not all that i hope to get,
I need some tires to get me through the sections wet,

Brakes i need, yes indeed,
My bike should be a trusty steed,
But without good brakes my bike i cannot trust,
But only hope for upmost luck.

But i happened upon this glorious sale,
To myself i think all of my hopes will prevail,
I wish for a benjamin from Calgary,
So i wont have to commit an awful burglary.

when i think of calgarycycle.com all i can think of is asking for money from my mom.
because not too long ago, my growing bicycle interest took a blow.
i was employed by a bike shop. but our declining economy put its foot down and made it stop.
i was left, with no cash. begging for some from mom and dad.
and to look at all these awesome deals, makes me want to put them on my wheels.
but without the money to buy a part, a raincloud falls upon my heart.
it saddens me until i sob, but still,, my parents just say "kid, get a job."
ive tried again and again, yet i still cant find one, and now its summer, the time to bike under the sun.
but i am left with out wheels for my dj bike, so all i can really do, is go take a short hike.
so calgary cycle all i ask from you, is to spare this poor guy, and loan him some loot.

Everyone knows these $100 certificates are just a gateway that will lead to more hard using of the store. You get some free product for your first time and before you know it, you're addicted. You'll want to stop, but you can't because the product selection and service is just too good. At least you'll get more product for your money with Calgary's insane deals.

Just go. Words every rider lives by, even if they don't know that they do. We go down, up, sideways, over the bars, under the bridge, into the bush and up a tree. For some reason, we pick ourselves up, push the bars back and go again, and again and again until we pop the jump, nail the berm, drop the rock or hop the curb. We go again and again until the skin falls off our palms, until the laces break off our shoes and the sweat pours off our head, 'one more time, one more run, one more jump', we push dirt, we push pedals and we push ourselves until we push until the suns gone and the lifts off, until the trucks out of gas and until we can't see the pavement. Then, we grab a jerry can, we clamp on a light to the bars and we bribe the lifties with the promise of the post ride beer, just so we can keep going further. The only thing that holds us back is when we bend the rim, puncture the tube, snap the chain and break the 'backup' bike over a cased transition. The only thing that holds us back is when our parts give out before we do. And when that happens, we can't 'go' anymore.

Sale: Noun. A period of time during which objects for sale are reduced in price. The sale was yesterday, and everything was super cheap.
Calgary Cycle: Noun. A reputable Canadian retailer of bicycle related merchandise. A real go-getter. Dude, I just got my new frame from Calgary Cycle three days early!
Idiot: Noun. Anyone who does not get in on the Calgary Cycles sale. See: fool, dunce, ignoramus, halfwit, jackass, idiot-man-child, Cartman, wizard of nothing, Yeti-spotter, inhalant aficionado, dropped baby, damaged goods, the easy sell, the ugly truth, the man with half a brain, sock-drawer burglar, and last but not least, FOOLISH,FOOLISH CONSUMER. Your wife's going to kill you, you idiot! That was $300 cheaper at Calgary Cycles!

100 dollars= new tires and bars for my bmx, a new shirt to replace my well-loved threads, and less guilt about spending hard-earned cash on my bike rather than my girlfriend, who lives in Canada seven months of the year. All in all, an awesome opportunity.
