One for the Record Books
On August 21st, 2014 Cam Zink successfully set a Guinness World Record for the longest dirt-to-dirt backflip on a mountain bike at Mammoth Mountain. Cam cleared a distance of 100 feet and three inches, which surpassed the current unofficial record of 78 feet that he set earlier this year. As a bonus, during practice Zink also claimed another world record for the longest straight air dirt-to-dirt jump, recording a distance of 119 feet and nine inches.
Congrats to Cam Zink from everyone at Pinkbike on your new Guinness World Record!
