"Sorrybut" no he didn't. It's not ONLY about big tricks, but mostly it is. Style & fluidity "exist", but this here a slope contest, not a viddy edit. Storch knuckled that 3 by the way, in case ya missed it there Mr. Style & Fluidity. :/

Yeah good for Carson but in my opinion he was extremly overrated both in his qualy and final runs! He did "just" two combos (3 whip and flipwhip) and "only" an nohander on the step up, compared to truckdrivers and backflips from the other riders.

Compared to the runs of Fredriksons/ Jones or Testa the judging doesn't make that much sence to me. Carson should have get a 4th or 5th place.

It seems to me a bit like the judges just wanted a US rider on top and push a little bit Carson's career (i know he is already in the diamond series).

BTW I don't care if a euro or american riders wins, I just want a fair and clear judging.

Its not like Storch threw a flat drop backflip or anything. He is one of maybe four or five riders in the world who do that trick, and its totally nuts. He was also extremely clean, and tricked a jump that almost nobody else did a thing on. I do think a few runs were judged pretty low for what they were, but they got it right on Carson's run.
