Oh man, seems like a good idea.
ohhhh if my e.13 DRS wasn't doing perfectly still I would jump on one of these.
If it's coming from gamut it has to be great, they don't put out second rate stuff

Another bump for the stinger. You can't beat it and if you break it another one won't drain your wallet.
£99.99?! it looks rad, but why would you pay that much when you can get a blackspire stinger that does the same thing for 30$?
I rode an SX trail that came spec with one of these and it is the most obnoxious thing ever to go on a bike. By far the loudest chainguide on the market! At least it spooked the bears away. I'll stick with my $30 Blackspire Stinger, its 1/5th the price and quiet like a ninja!
The more I look at it the more obvious it is that Gamut simply knocked off Blackspire on this! They even copied the step on the roller!
i set one of these up and test rode it around town a bit on a '10 enduro expert we got into the shop the other day. worked really nice and wasnt noisy at all. i liked the guide and the bike is absolutely GORGEOUS!! i stare at all day
Have this on my Enduro, it rides like a dream and is really quiet. Have had it for a month now of solid riding and chain has yet to come off!
Is it me or is or is £100 a hell of alot of money for a bit of CNC'd ally, a chain guide wheel and a bash ring? I know its Gamut but if you think about what you are getting that is a crazy price.
I have one on my SX Trail and it is alright I guess, if you don't mind that you can't adjust the roller and that the chain has a tendency to slip in between the roller and bash ring. It is quiet though, but that's not enough to make me buy another one when this one eventually breaks.
No matter how you adjust it around the bb the roller is not close enough to the bash and as I stated you cannot adjust the roller so.....
Ah ha. Call gamut explain your problem and they will help you get it sorted out. Mine runs perfectly.
Its about freaking time, I mean come on GAMUT aren't you guys a bit behind the curve. You guys make great bashguards, but I can't believe it took this long for something like the Stinger.
