Goat Style only 2 weeks away!

May 31st to June 1st. Those dates lay only two weeks away. Why is this important? Unbelievable skills thrown down by riders that are trying to stand tall. Tricks so big, talent taken to an unthinkable level, bikes tweaked perfectly, trusted by their “masters” to guide them through the air. It’s Goat Style Bike Festival. An event that has risen from simplicity to an outrageous depiction of where mountain biking has gone, in such fashion that it has become one of the bigger slopestyle events in Western Canada.
Goat Style Bike Festival is a two-day event this year, filled with riding, movies, concerts, demos, tech demonstrations, play station playoffs, and more. An atmosphere has been created, welcoming riders of all levels, supporting crowds with entertainment and functionality. Vendors are there to show off why “they’re” the best company, of course with lots of shwag up for grabs.
As Mountain biking grows amongst its riders, the progression of this sport continues to rise to what viewers think as the last possible level. But every year we see new ways to how mountain bikes are twisted and thrown into the air, or gapping such obstacles that they might as well have wings. There is no end to where this sport can go, only more creative ways that lay within the obsessed minds.
The Friday evening of May 30th, , 6pm-8pm, registration will open for the Goat Style Slopestyle event. Saturday morning May 31st registration will open from 9am-11am. However, we encourage all competitors to pre-register with incentive of discounted fees as well as a free t-shirt. From there, the sky becomes the limit. The slopestyle event will begin at 10am. Finals will be held on Sunday June 1st, 10am.
Every year Goat Style has grown. It’s seen history and broken records. This year, it’s going to be big. It’s going to be an event, yet again, that will be imprinted into the minds that share such enthusiasm. Mountain biking is growing. On May 31st, history will be stomped on and the bar will be risen with authority. Don’t miss it.
