Morpheus Bikes are proud to announce their 2014 Factory slopestyle team. Anthony Messere, Mitch Chubey, Brayden Barrett-Hay and Liam Wallace are ready to take on the FMB World Tour.

Slopestyle phenom Anthony Messere heads up the team.

bigquotesMorpheus is unlike most other companies in the MTB industry. Focusing completely on making their bikes versatile and trickable. There are only a handful of companies who even care about the slopestyle scene, let alone make bikes designed specifically for it. - Anthony Messere

Mitch Chubey takes on the Team Manager role for 2014.

bigquotesMorpheus is a great company to ride for. As well as being extremely supportive, they are also pushing the limits of slopestyle development and I really enjoy being involved with their new projects. I am stoked to ride for such a great company and to have so much input into the team and the product. Riding a Morpheus bike gives me the confidence to push further in my riding and to create new limits. - Mitch Chubey

Brayden Barrett-Hay hopes to come back strong after his Crankworx head injury.

bigquotesI'm stoked to be riding a Vimana frame - it's the tinniest, funnest and easiest to throw around!. The top tube is so low and the chain stays are so short that it feels similar to a BMX, but when I roll into a set of jumps it's so stable that you feel completely in control. For anyone that loves to switch between BMX and MTB, this is the perfect bike! Also, I've never had a frame hold up so well... Anyone who wants a bomb proof bike that feels like a toy this thing takes the win in my books. - Brayden Barrett-Hay

2013 FMB Amateur Champ, Liam Wallace is stepping up to Pro for the 2014 season.

bigquotesI like riding for Morpheus because firstly they are the sickest looking bikes I've ever seen! I've never felt so natural on a bike before and I can build up a 22 pound dirt jump bike that rides exactly how I want it to the first day I get on it. Morpheus is taking biking to the next level with design of their bikes. Being on a team with some of my favourite riders who I've looked up to since I started riding slopestyle is awesome! So being on Morpheus is an amazing opportunity for me and having the guidance from my more experienced teammates makes this the opportunity of a life time. - Liam Wallace

The team will be competing on their Morpheus Vimana hardtails and putting the soon to be released Vimana-Slope proto though its paces.

The Morpheus athletes will not only be riding for the FMB World Tour Champion title but also for the chance to crown Morpheus with the all new, FMB World Tour Factory Team title. Follow the official rankings here.

The Morpheus Factory Team is stoked to be supported by Chris King and Maxxis.

You can keep up to date with the team on Morpheus' Facebook page.

Casey's still riding for Morpheus, but he's not competing on the FMB Tour, so he's not a Factory rider. Look out for some video projects from Casey later in the year.

Morpheus... The one bike company that isn't given a fraction of the love it should be... Vimanas are awesome, and the DH bike works better and faster day in day out than any other bike i've ridden! Keep it up!!!

haha... MORPHEUS WILL RULE ALL DH SOON

22.3" large frame top tube length!?! They must think every downhiller max's out at 5'10!! I couldn't even fit in that tiny thing

^ It follows the Morpheus philosophy that every ride.... be it cruising through the woods on a trail bike.... or taking on something steep and rough on a DH bike.... should include at least one backflip Smile The short TT does make the bikes impractical for the marority though- super specific design philiosophy

That dh bike better be good. Coz it looks awful.

Consider that i am 5'foot or 1.52' meters? And I like to mannual? I feel like the fact they smashed that ittle weight, and got such a poppy bike is amazing. Rides like a dirt jumper, soaks like a DH, handles like a bmx. Shorter tt length=Future? Look how short the v10's gotten www.santacruzbicycles.com/en/us/v10-carbon since 5 years ago!

The top tube length on a large V10 is two inches longer than the Morpheus. Maybe a shorter TT was ideal like 5 years ago when guys were running frames a bit smaller to whip around easier. A 22" is like the size for a small/ medium. Most racers run proper fitting bikes because geometry's have changed a bunch. Shorter TT is not the way of the future, it was the way of the past.

Despite bad thoughts on that carbon DH from Morpheus, a friend of mine has one because of his Grassroots Team status and it is really great. I've seen him test it to its full potential and pushed his potential. I really like it.

DH bike looks like it was aborted from a fat thing. who would care what it rides like. hideous

Did Morpheus say to take the red pill or the blue one? Either way those bikes are killer!

I would very much like one of those slopestyle bikes- I am available for the 2014 season and I would also 'take one for the team' and run Chris King components and Fox forks if I really had to ;-)
