In-between owning and operating a world cup team with his wife, and fellow racer Jill Kintner, training, and traveling. Bryn finds time to put in some training laps in an attempt to stay fast and ultimately relevant in the stacked field of world cup downhill racers.
I like a good raw edit every now and then, but to me there's nothing like a good edit paired with a good song that fits well. That being said these last two edits were definitely really sick
these raw videos honestly are the best marketing, look at strobel shredding that evil, it just blows you away when you see in real time how fast these riders and bicycles are. no gimmicks, just pure trail destruction haha. makes you wanna go ride your bicycle for sure
One way to not get tons of comments about how bad the music was is to piss off some killer bees and make them chase you down the hill, btw please tell me you've ridden that trail 5 times a day for the past year, amazing!
I might ride faster if I had as many bees chasing me as Bryn does, but probably I'd just crash and get stung to death. It sounds like there are a lot of bees.
Just watched it again. I've watched my fair share of sped up footage. Earthed 4 was one i struggled to get through. The plants and trees are normally the giveaway and show that this is not sped up. I think it just looks faster at times because the camera is quite close to the track.
Its not even a logical call to make in the first place... Bryn is a professional, I am a professional, this edit was essentially an investment made by several groups... There is no way I would speed up a video to do more justice to a rider, especially in a video for a client...
Bryn is the real deal. Fast and so smooth. If you ever have the pleasure of riding with him in person he makes it look so easy. I don't know Jasper, but being the pro he is, he would never speed things up. BTW that trail is way steeper than video can capture. The raw edits are great.
