 Oh my....Rachel Atherton 19 seconds up....mega shredder
  • 12 1
And she says long tracks don't suit her ! I beg to differ
  • 22 1
But she is used to riding in north Wales, mud central!
  • 10 7
 gee ftw
  • 31 1
As much as I want Gwin to win, he hasn't even seen rain in months and hasn't raced in slop all year. The realist in me says that someone from GB or Remi will take the win in the men's final. The only way that Rachel will lose is if she stops and takes some pictures along the way or decides to take a nap.

With the way Rach dominates - they should bump her up to Pro Men!
  • 10 1
Would love to see Remi or Troy take this one home!
  • 6 0
@LCW1 her time would have been good enough for 73rd in pro men it looks like.
  • 1 0
@ka-brap... Only if she takes a picture and a nap, one alone won't do it for the others to catch up.
She should have enough time for one or two selfieswith the spectators on the way easily... Just imagine she would really do that...lol
  • 2 1
 (47) to (21) to (7)

Wouldn't count the Gwizard out.
  • 1 0
@ka-brap You gotta remember the Aussie Troy B. He's a force to reckon with and he'll be on the hunt for a win tomorrow!! It'll be a battle for the top spot no doubt, but I think Troy actually has a solid chance at winning despite being in 8th after timed training. Something tells me the top 3 (Aaron, Loic, and Troy) weren't pushing as hard as they could during timed training. Should be exciting though!!

 Pandur Ziga, 107kph! WTF???

  • 31 6
Come on RatBoy... Man, would love for Josh to take a win here.... "You can do it!"
  • 3 0
sometimes its hard for me to remember that josh has only been racing elite mens since 2011. he has so many years left on his plate and he's doing so damn well for coming off an injury last season.
  • 15 0
 Ziga pandura 107kmh? Seems legit.
  • 10 0
Connuh 1st at split 1, 3rd at split 2. Hope to see him get up and get some podium action!!

These are the type of conditions Hart does so well in, surprised to see him that far down. Tomorrow is another day though!
  • 4 0
I would be so happy if Hart win this one, yesterday I watched yet again his 2011 Champery run. DANNY STAY ON YO BIKE!!!

never rule out mr.greg and sam
  • 7 0
would be funny if Greg wins again after everybody and their mum raves on about how this guy and that guy will be favoured by the track and conditions.
  • 4 0
Say what?Fairclough? 20? I hope this guy can destroy it in the finals and rip himself into top 10...
  • 5 1
No competition this race for us online gurus? VitalMTB has theirs still going...
  • 4 0
what the actual heck, how can Rachel do that!
  • 6 2
her arms and shoulders are twice the size of any of the other girls, that bike goes exactly where she wants and nowhere else.
  • 2 0
yea I have to agree. She's physically the strongest rider and as much as those other girls rip, and would rip me apart, you only have to look at Rachel to see how much bigger she is. It's the same reason the men are that bit faster - sheer strength especially upper body strength that men have over women.
  • 4 0
Good on Blenki! Hope he can put a good run together on race day!
  • 4 0
 Yeah Blenki!!
  • 6 3
The only girl that can ride like a guy
  • 16 3
except 40 seconds slower....still awesome tho
  • 15 1
she would be 72nd in the mens which is pretty amazing considering the amount of amazing male riders on track
  • 8 0
 73th man... Awesome!

 They were posted yesterday
  • 5 0
 You were posted yesterday.
  • 2 0
 hill 15th hell yeah
  • 1 0
Will RedBull broadcast all the elite men riders or just top 30?
  • 2 1
 Bruni?? Frown
  • 4 0
Just timed training, dont read too much into it
  • 2 4
Chill down guys... Seeding run means they don't care and don't want to get hurt. Troy has the best finish after apparently shredding the top. Bruni said he would play smart.
  • 4 1
These are not seeding runs, it's a timed training session
  • 4 1
^which still doesn't matter at all
  • 3 1
 even less ;]
Keeping fingers crossed for new "people's champion" - Sam Hill Smile
Wet track + flat pedals + tight corners... like Champery 2008 again Smile
  • 2 1
No, seeding runs actually WOULD matter. Timed training does not.
  • 2 1
Why would seeding runs matter? There are no points for seeding and everyone who runs in seeding gets to go to the finals.
  • 2 2
seeding runs establish the order in which the riders start in the finals. There is a number of reasons why you'd want to influence your start time, among which are: weather, state of the course, mental attitude (most people want to go last)
  • 1 2
but that presupposes that you know exactly what the weather will be like at the end vs the beginning and therefore the condition of the course. Both of which could be the opposite of what you plan them to be, and as such your planning during seeding would be negated come race day. Regardless, the person who will win tomorrow will not be phased by their start order.
