Sam Dueck is 16 years old and hails from Chilliwack BC and is one hell of a shredder.
This past year Sam buckled down and set goals for himself in relation to how he rides and what he wants to get out of riding in the following years. He's pushing the local riding scene with his determination and skill. He knows you have to work hard to get the results.

I'm not too good at this whole writing thing, but Sam Dueck is a kid you seriously need to look out for in 2009. This past season he has been progressing and progressing and it's not going to stop.

hell ya sam lookin good! those 360s over the big set at the ranch were sick!
white pants are definetly a good choice for riding! im sure his mother was kinda pissed about the laundry =)
teenagers think they're bullet proof. we have no real concept of what might be stupid, so we're happy to push the envelope of what can be done on a bike, so it seems like we progress much quicker.

gogo the young uns , think we all wold love to have started younger , when your that age your test..icle are big and not much seems to faze you . if your that age go for it ..make dreams real and never say it cant be done ....

i like your style and you are realy good for your age,but i think that not every teenager gets that good that fast,im almost 18 and im not even close to you!massive props to the rider,vid and pics.

lame! i love how he and llmf claim all his tail whips to balls, and i hate to brake it to you but with no travel budget, or sponsors their is no way he is some one to look out for,
There is no excuse alright, When your older yes you have other commitments,jobs,relationships etc so you cant just go and hang at the jumps everyday destroying yourself unless your sponsored etc. But still on the days off going riding, when it comes down to it, if you want to be able to ride well that much you would still go for it, im 20 and im no way near as good as this kid but at the end of the day i'm happy with my riding and enjoying myself and having money from my job and having great times with my girl and with my mates so i dont go for trying tricks i know im not ready for because i will break myself and then i will be poor and miserable. Point is that just because there young is not the reason why they get so good so quick (it just helps a little) its beacuse i think when your younger its much easier to have goals/dreams, your more willing to go for it beacuse you don't have other commitments.If anything we all need more of these kids to help us wake up from time to time and help push us older fellers to go for it. Oh and one more thing,I'm going to slap the next person i see riding a full suspension over a dirt jump,its pointless,unstylish and a waste of a full suspension bike.
norcodj, Im not actually going to slap slap someone anyone has the right to rider whatever they want,where they want, I can still think your a dick for doing it though
