Shinola Jeep Willys
Detroit based Shinola produces watches, wallets, and commuter bicycles, all made in America. Their Detroit location used to be a Jeep factory, so when the opportunity to purchase this green Willys came up they jumped on it and turned it into a rolling showroom.

Feedback maintenance app.
Feedback Sports was displaying their new maintenance app that's available as a free download for any product that uses iOS. The app allows users to enter in profiles for every bike, and then have scheduled reminders sent to them when it's time for a tune up.

Zumbi F11 27.5
Zumbi's F11 is now available with 27.5" wheels, and the frame has been altered to provide clearance for a rear shock with a piggyback reservoir. Handmade in Poland, the frame only without shock goes for $1800 USD. Custom geometry is available for only $100 more.

Onza Citius and Ibex
Onza's Citius tire (left) is now available in a 27.5 x 2.4" version, and the Ibex (right) gets a 27.5 x 2.25" version.

DVO equipped Zerode.
This DVO equipped Zerode G2 caught our eye outside the DVO booth.

Kenda Honey Badger
Kenda's Honey Badger tire will soon be available in a DH casing 2.4" version for both 26" and 27.5" wheels.

Just the Tip
Brett Tippie brought his trademark cackle and sense of humor out to the DH course, making spectators laugh hard enough to snarf their drinks.

Troy Lee Designs Specialized Enduro

The limited edition Troy Lee Designs paint job on this Specialized Enduro was hard to miss.

Kitsbow wind jacket and vest

Kitsbow's Canadian-made products have gained a strong following due to their excellent fit and construction. The wind vest ($175 USD) is a lightweight, packable layer with a DWR coating. The wind jacket ($265 USD) has trim, athletic cut along with a zippered front pocket and side entry back pocket. Both pieces will be available in May.

Cars in a line.
We didn't get to take one for a spin, but these cars from the Skip Barber Racing School tempted us every time we walked by.

Nipple at the Bolle booth
There are countless ways to attract visitors to your booth. Printing the word 'nipples' in red lettering is one of them.

Booth goodies.
Another way to attract booth visitors, this one with guaranteed results.

That's the Öhlins shock... but that's definitely a carbon frame, I believe I see welds on the stays, and the Enduro Expert EVO is only available in full alloy at this point. So I'd want to say that it's an upcoming Enduro Expert EVO Carbon. But the Pike doesn't come in 180mm. So are they trying to push a shorter stroke version of that coil shock on one of the mid-level standard Enduros...? I'm confused.

If it was any more Troylee it would leave checkered skid marks and leak loose eyeballs.
  • 2 0
they might have converted the frame to an Evo with the shock link.... also, there are only about 50 of those frames in the country
  • 2 0
Only you, mr I own mike Montgomery's enduro, would comment on a comment about an enduro ;p
  • 2 2
I only do Enduro. I dunno if you watched the South Africa race but my bike aint so unique now. 2 of them in the top 5.

yeah nice custom painting, but still ugly frame

The TLD frame is not converted to anything. The TTX22M fits the Enduro 29 frame. The TLDs are the Sworks 29 frames: carbon front, alloy rear.

The TLD paint job is badass.
  • 31 23
Not really..I think its hideous :/
  • 7 9
+ 1 for hideous. Doesn't help its got an 'oops I cracked the rear end so quick shove a stock alloy one on it' back end.
  • 3 3
 its gross.
  • 4 1

Brett the life of the party! Even at funerals!

There is a dude here in SLC that owns that same bike. He is just obnoxious as that paint job.
  • 6 1
Ha! I ran into him on the bobsled yesterday, and I couldn't agree more. He was the bro-iest, bro that ever bro-ed. If you gave me a million years I could not think of a bike that would fit him any better than the TLD enduro
  • 1 1
Hahahaha! If you own that paint scheme you have to the bro-iest of them all!!

I know it is an institution in MTB, but from a design perspective Troy Lee Designs is horrible. I don't think I have seen one good thing come out of that company in years. From the color choices to their graphics and formal design they are miles behind the ball. Can't they hire a few good designers that take them out of the 70's and 80's for crying out loud!!

 My A1 helmet is rad.
  • 3 5
No it's not Rad, it's shit.

They're the Ed Hardy of the mountain biking world, which is a shame because the few products I've owned were great quality.
  • 12 1
Can I get that jeep with 27.5" wheels?
  • 18 0
 Nope 29er only sorry
  • 9 1
nice Jeep! They (Shinola) sell a $500 U-Lock fyi. It's just a krypto covered in leather though...

hipster tax.
  • 1 0
As a Michigander I am stoked for Shinola, I will admit I have never heard of them before this, but hopefully they produce some quality stuff and think about getting into the fun bikes.

The brakes on the Zumbi are Trickstuff Cleg 2. If you need info about them feel free to get in touch with me. Cheers
  • 1 0
Not sure I'd be too confident with that front brake...
  • 1 0
I just took a look at the feedback maintenance app, it looks really useful. If you've got multiple bike spreadsheets like me, it could be really handy.

Friends don't let friends drink El Jimador. That shit isn't tequila, well not 100% blue agave anyway. It tastes like Cuervo but costs more.

That other bottle of Hornitos is all right though. We drank a shit ton of that at my bachelor party (at Whistler), cascading off stripper boobies.
  • 2 1
Don Julio and 1800 pretty decent even though 1800 is owned by Cuervo still goes down smooth. Patron is real but is garbage.
  • 1 0
I think most Patron is overpriced and not great but had a chance to drink some Gran Patron Burdeos at a bar that didn't know how much it should cost. Yuuummmm
  • 2 0
The head angle on that zumbi looks pretty funky... Would love a go on it!
  • 2 0
It will be even slacker with the back wheel on the ground
  • 2 0
The headtube angle is 67 degres...
  • 1 0
What brakes are in the Zumbi? Looks like a fun bike. With those short links I bet it can climb pretty good too.
  • 2 0
 Thanks pinkbike for the coverage!
  • 1 0
Does anyone have a clue how that g2 rear end works either way I'm liking the looks of it
  • 1 0
There's a link that connects from the front of the chainstay to the top of the shock that pivots on the bolt in the middle of the seat tube. Just check out their website and you can get a better look at how it functions.
  • 1 0
Lemme get some of that honey badger!!
  • 1 0

  • 1 0
