Well, they're not waterproof, so they're really just overgrown bedroom slippers. Which would be comfortable, I guess, but really decadent and totally useless for the purpose of riding or doing anything else that might involve the words "gnarly" "sick" "badass" or most importantly, "outdoors".

haha yeah true, im not supporting them at all just thought i would point out that they are comfy. i guess they are cool for just walking around and shit but on any day where it had rained, above 40 degrees F, you are not in school/outdoors, then you are not allowed to wear them.

those godawful boots should be wiped off the face of the earth completely! I can understand the whole "they're comfy" thing, but i cant stand when chicks try to argue that they're cute. Correct me if im wrong but I always thought chicks w/ swetty barefeet in sheepskin eskimo boots with blue swetpants tucked into them that say "PINK" on the backs of them werent the least bit cute

I'm not sure what the correct sense of rocket launcher you talked about after the sushi comment, I was inspired while driving about three years ago, when I saw the current driving mates cycling near my home. I had the bike that I painted and the other things so that I could get a nice bike like my friends had. (But they have eastern bmx and kona mtbs.. So its not the same thing Big Grin

) I didnt learn anything with that bike, but I like try to wheeling and stuff. It was cool and I like it really much. Then I get "yosemite" bmx and well, I didnt like it and maybe six months later I get Perv Trimoly 24". Thats when I start riding "hard". I learn tricks on dirt jumps and I get new friends.

And plaa plaa, here we are. I still love riding, I have had a lot of new and good friends through my hobby and I enjoy driving and learning new tricks. I do not drive because I could get attention from pinkbike if anyone could even think about that. and for this interview, it came as a surprise to me.
I do not even know that it will go front page, or I would receive so much. but it is good that it went and has received attention, because if I come here even better rider so I have not, at least not totally ignorant of the world..

I'm not sure what this opening was supposed to, but hopefully you will understand that I drive because I like it. some girl likes to dance, I dont. nice if I would like because I get to go easier, but it is not my thing..! I am as girlish as the other girls, but I only have a "boys' hobby.

Happy Valentine's Day to all and hopefully I got even something sensible to said..

Milla, what will it take to get more girls into riding? Were building a new Bike Park in the spring and I'd be bummed if girls felt they were'nt welcome or just as capable of having fun as the guys. Any suggestions?

I wish there were more girl riders too, because as a girl rider I get segregated from the boys. I am learning, therefore uncool and a drag to deal with. With no one as a teacher and no one to ride with (not even other girl riders) I have to go out alone and teach myself, therefore not really progressing or taking risks.
It's the male attitude of the sport. If you want more girl riders, the majority of guys have to be willing to accept more girls.
Wished some of you guys lived near me!
