Video: Ali Clarkson in Barcelona
Ali Clarkson is one of the most technical riders on the Street Trails scene at the moment. His new clip, filmed by Mark Westlake in Barcelona this winter shows just how much style the young Scotsman has. Last year, Ali C had to sit back and watch his Inspired Bicycles team mates ride Barcelona while he recovered from a broken collarbone. But then, in January 2015 Ali C got to sample the spots for himself to film his new Drop & Roll edit.
Although things didn't go entirely to plan courtesy of a small hand injury picked up on the first day, Ali C managed to put his stamp on a selection of the incredible spots Barcelona has to offer.
"Last time I went to Barcelona I was recovering from an injury so it was nice to go back there fresh and see if I could find a new approach to riding some famous spots." - Ali Clarkson
"After seeing how frustrated Ali was last time we headed to Barcelona due to not being able to ride, I was glad to get the chance to go back there with him and see what he'd make of the spots. Going from slipping around in the snow and slush at home to cruising around in the sun was a nice bonus too!" - Mark Westlake
Ali C will spend the rest of the year riding and filming with the Drop and Roll Team which includes Danny MacAskill, Duncan Shaw and Fabio Wibmer. Their next live performance will be at the UCI Mountain Bike Downhill World Cup in Fort William, on 6-7 June. If you happen to be in there, then stop by and watch the team perform.

Ali C is rockin' a style all his own. All those nose mans, especially the 720 one into the bank. So tight! Huge precision in his riding too & that up stairs to wall gap!!!!! Ohhhhhh mah homes is gonna dig that. Gotta go send him the link!!!
