Pemberton has a lot of fast climbs and blazing descents, and just as many talented mountain bikers to rip them up. Trails in town see constant love from the PVTA and seem to get better and better every week, even as more and more riders discover the Pemberton trail networks, and new or rebuilt trails seem to pop up all the time. "Have you ridden the new Hawaii? It's so sick!"

But not every ride in Pemberton is about smashing out hot laps and KOMs. Some trails, like Wild Bill, are more about seeking out a sense of adventure and exploration. Long, scorching climbs, wrong turns, hike-a-bikes, and bushwhacking aplenty make them unforgettable epics. Oh, and 1000-meter descents of buff, eye-watering singletrack are pretty good too.

 I got lost as f*ck trying to ride there last week. I also ended up on some ancient ruins of trails/shitty unmaintaned trails aka angry grouse 2. I have to go back and find the good ones.

 I hope there will be more vids of this kind of riding in that kind of nature. Looks like my hometrails. And that kind of riding is what i do. The music was perfect. Not what i listen to much but for this it was great.

 up there a couple a years ago. stopped into a bike shop & asked about the local trails. shop mech. let us know we weren't wanted on the trails. at least he sure as hell didn't want us taking up space. very strange vibe. we left. next time we'll just ride w/o "permission."
