Video: Danny MacAskill In Barcelona!

Taking a team of riders to a city overflowing with unique spots to ride is usually a safe bet to produce a new video - however, things are never that easy!

With Ali Clarkson and Sean Watson both on the injured list and Danny MacAskill and Duncan Shaw needing to leave the trip early, the pressure was on. Fortunately, between showers, slams and sangria all of the riders managed to make their mark on the streets of Barcelona and this video is the result.

 There's always time to watch Macaskill. I'm pretty sure I've seen all his videos at least 5 times but it never gets old! Just show your boss the video, I'm sure he'll understand!

 Did anyone see rigid fork for sale with 20mm axle? I'm talking about same one Danny has. I've been trying to contact inspired on facebook, but received no response.

 @sashamtbrider: DMR made a 20mm version of the Trailblade fork but I have no idea if its the same one Macaskill uses.

 Head and shoulders above any other trials rider. In terms of creativity, execution and pure style he is THE BEST!! Also a cool, super humble guy. Props!!!

 Check out Ali C's other videos, they're awesome. He built my old trials bike when I was younger at Tartybikes, really nice guy.

 Danny is a great street trials rider but he is NOT the best trials rider by far! Ever heard of Kenny Baley, Vincent Herance and Giles Coustellier (just to name a few)?

 someone has said that he was the best trial rider ever? we know that he isn't, but he mixes street riding and trial better than any other rider. did you ever compare darren berrecloth to sam hill ?
both are amazing mtb riders but who is the best ? we don't care.

danny is like freeriders compared to the racers, a "free trial rider" I would dare to say, and in term of performance we don't mind if he's the best trial rider in the world.

 "head and shoulders above any other trials rider" is a BIG statement to make. But you gotta back it up... Danny is a great rider that does mix street and trials riding very very well an I never said otherwise. As for the "we know he isn't" you and I know but not everyone does! Trials is not very well known sport which is why I wrote those names (hopefully with the objective of people looking them up and seeing some of their riding!)

 For me Danny Mac is the best at trials...Chris akrigg trials freerider but I think both these riders at some point looked up to the man himself....Martin Ashton.

 The whole Inspired team is amazing! Really cool to watch them ride some of the spots Aaron Chase and I rode for NWD back in the day. Danny's last shot doing the pretty much same line I did but backwards was rad!! Great video guys!

 Watching this I couldn't help wishing they would throw a couple of bars and x's. Seeing your post reminded me of who got me used to expecting that. Your the rider who first showed me that street trials existed. Ali used to throw an Xup or two before a drop. It wouldn't be too hard for these guys and shows a bit of fun and style.

 You've guessed wrong. His cap is a helmet, it has a rigid shell inside and is currently going through testing. Do you not think it odd that a baseball cap has chin straps on?

 I guess you guys don't pay too much attention....Sean even said himself "Is a helmet supposed to do that?" Meaning the straps got loose and if you look at all the other times, the strap was a bit tighter...

 im sure im going to get a lot of hatred for this comment and i mean no disrespect to any of the riders, for me (this is just my opinion and i know my opinion dosnt matter) this was disappointing for a danny macaskill video which are usually absolutely mind blowing and awesome ! dont get me wrong i don't dislike the video by all means these guys have immense talent more than i will ever have but there was nothing spectacular about it, anyway this was just my opinion and i hope i haven't offended anybody !

 Because he didn't flair a tree or front flip off a castle? All the moves in this video were super tech and difficult, just as hard as a 'wow' trick like the aforementioned.

 The most humble guy on bicicle world ( imagine on DH world) ever, I just got the same surgery 45days ago that he went trough, this boy realy ispired me to get better, I just wish I had access to the same DISC clinic and doctors, not the local butcher, that not even looked me in the eyes during the pre op appointments.

 Can someone familiar with trial tell me how many pinched tubes you go thru in a day?
Just seems to me that I would pinch one on every scenes in this movie.

 I run 65 psi front and rear and still pinch at times...

 Wide rims and thick tubes prevent pinch flats. If you are not a weight weenie you can get triple thick side wall tires and run 15 psi. Watch how low Neil's pressure is, and how big his moves are; youtu.be/J9UGMRg2OAQ

 I run DH tubes in my stock now haha.. I like pretty high pressure anyways though

 Danny and I both run about 50psi with normal tubes and no DH tyres, punctures can be a nightmare but I think we both got one each on this trip so not so bad.
