Final stage, final day. Most are happy it's over and they've survived the week, but sad at the same time that it ever has to stop.

Trans-Savoie 2015 - Day Three Race Action
Videographer Ben Gerrish on the way to the first stage on Day Three ahead of the competitors. Ben is one of a huge number of riders, timekeepers, marshalls, mechanics, media guys and gals, doctors, catering lads and lasses, drivers, course markers, volunteers and anything else you can think of that without whom Trans-Savoie wouldn't be possible. To all the people giving their time to see all the riders safely round the course, a massive THANK YOU is owed - the event certainly wouldn't happen without your amazing efforts.

Huge thanks also to the sponsors Shimano, Fox, Vango and all the towns, villages and resorts that allow Trans-Savoie to pass through during the week - all essential cogs in the machine too.

@cptmayhem you can do just that....the same intinerary, guided, but with a few extra van & ski uplifts thrown in to save climbing time & maximise the focus on descending time. Its luxury chalet accommodation rather than tents, mixed with some remote mountain refuges to add to the adventure. And its cheaper than a full race entry, too! www.trailAddiction.com/transsavoie

I want to ride that. But in my own time, like over 2 weeks... Soak in the scenery, soak in some beer. Camp in remote places and just have an all round good time.

The pics are way better than the video. The cheesy music doesn't help. Race & scenery looks epic!
