Inside is a video and some pictures from the day!
It started out early in the morning with a trek to the undisclosed location of X-Fusion's private test tracks. It was the first hot day of the year, and we were all ready to rock! The trip was basically for photos for promoting the 2011 Vector HLR shock. When arriving at the track the team mechanic installed T-Mac's new shock. T-Mac went on talking about how nice the product was last year and can't wait for this years, and after the shoot he loved it! Check below to scope some of the "B" pictures from the shoot and a sick GoPro of a train the riders did on one of the tracks we shot on.
Check out the GoPro video of the track! :
Some more pictures! Enjoy!
Keep an eye out for more pics and footage from X-Fusion Private test tracks coming soon!

u fail to mention bos or cannut both of which are amazing, yet dont have the mass appeal of Rock shox or fox
I'm sorry but it's going to be really hard to try and sell me an x-fusion shock. i'm trying to keep an open mind but if i'm going to drop chunk of cash on a new fork or shock you would have to do some real convincing to pull me away from the tried and true fox/ rock shox. looks pretty nice however, i'll keep on look out for x-fusion but you all haven't sold me yet.
nope and i probably wont simply because i don't want to take the chance on something that isn't as time tested as fox and rock shox. ( there aren't any demo days around here really) and if your gonna try and insult me it's rode like damdness said and it's not a bike, it's a fork.
dude x fusion is great.theres a local suspension guy that a bunch of friends and i ride with and he has the x fusion. iv ridden it. its great. id say its better the the dhx 5.0. but not quite as good as the rc4. if i was you i would give it a try. its a great shock.
"gonna try and insult me it's rode like damdness said and it's not a bike, it's a fork."
haha its niether a bike nore a fork its a Shock....

X-Fusion has some really nice tech going on @starcbiker, dont hate. Some of the garage built/small production frames are the best ones out there. Same goes for suspension.
your right, i'm going to see how things play out, i was just simply saying that i'm not sold yet, but my opinion is subject to change i'll keep an eye out for x-fusion
Unless i missed something, i think it was for "promoting the 2011 Vector HLR shock". so the fork was a boxxer, the shock was the x-fusion. i dont think x-fusion has a dh fork yet.
I was the one who missed something. I thought that they were product testing a there new fork as they already had a shock line up. My bad
i guess they took the stickers off so they wernt seen to be using any fork in particular, which suggests they may have some forks in the pipeline...?

ahahahahha... wow, some real winners here. IMO im glad some one else is out there giving shocks a shot, i mean there really is only fox, rock shox, cane creek, marzocchi and now x fusion (among the other smaller guys) that are trying to push the envelope on suspension technology. compare that to how many different frame designers are out there and all i gotta say is F yea Xfusion for giving it your best shot!!!
I'd be very surprised if Elka doesn't start blowing up in the next year or so. they make some high quality moto stuff, always nice to have competition..... now if someone could just drive the prices back down to a reasonable level.
Elka is gonna be big in the rear shock side of things, but they don't even make a fork for mx, so it will be a while before they have a well tested, great fork.
If X-fusion wanna sell anything, they need to get a decent working and informative website and actually make their products available, they're wasting their advertising as I've not found anywhere that sells their stuff or even has prices, bit dumb if you ask me - and there's no point showing pro's like Tyler McCaul pulling some sweet moves on their product, as we all know they can do this stuff on any rear shock, certainly not selling anything here!
the "vengeance" is 20mm thru axle. the other forks are just qr. this article is about the shock though.
Fox And Rockshox arent the only ones that are good out there with suspesion and other stuff! REEALY get out more.
