Wasn't mangled. Still easily rideable. Had been rebuilt the next week. That wheel set is actually for sale with a brand new rim/spokes/nipples and hasn't been ridden since the rebuild

Hence why the rear wheel got a rebuild for the sale. But yes, soft rims...means I flatted twice all season running low to mid 20s for tire pressure....
