Gee is hardly a poor sport, that's something that's near impossible to not be somewhat upset about, he has worked so hard, and falling short really sucks give the guy a break.
I think it's quite okay or normal for Gee to react that way. The guy has trained his ass off this season like never before and he was hoping on achieving the overall win. If I put that much effort into a whole frickin' season of downhill racing and then had the title fairly taken from me at the last moment, I'd also be frustrated. Give Gee a break. Both Gee and Smith performed outstandingly. Props to them both for delivering one of the most exciting downhill seasons yet!
