I know how you feel about that. It's very frustrating,.. You should always contact the state/council/whaever if you're planning to build something really big just in case to see if it is okay where you're going to build. Blaming the council representative here isn't doing any good. He was just doing his job when he found out about the illegal use on a protected area.

I love the part where the Mr. Malone talks about how "intelligent" we are to have such nice bikes and not do anything "stupid" on them. If you ask me, if you're "intelligent" enough to have a nice bike, you should know that the smart thing to do with is to rip and shred it the way it's meant to be - not have it sitting in the corner of the room roped off with elaborate velvet rope and whatnot, if that's what Mr. Malone expects. I loathe people that have no appreciation for the sport. Just my 2 cents.
