that is not at all like a dev. wilson or a single pivot, the way the swingarm contacts that link by the shock means that without a scond pivot it wouldnt move at all. there has to be another link hidden by the chain guide.

it's shit, don't buy anything from duncon. Frames will broke before your warranty will end. Also you have big problems with exact new frame or cash back. We have problems like that in poland I don't know how it's in europe or US. I know guy who 3 times get his frame on waranty and it's still break down. Don't buy this shit it will broke before you will think about it...!!!

'rompek' have a right duncon is one big shit , maybye on fotos looking good, but when you start riding on this shit, be sure that it will broke before your warrianty will end.

Haha, rompek, you're funny. I can't belive that you're from Poland, cause i haven't heard any complains about warranty given by DunCon. They'll give you new frame even if the last one was broken on 20meter drop.

Rompek, lesny - you all are a bright sunshines in Pis hearts. Living with the past and not seeing what is going in present. Good luck, kids. I ride Duncon Cane Corso all the time and I'm fvck1n proud of it, because it works and finally they managed a well-working suspension. If you see any similarity to any other vpp frame, then you're correct - there are limited ideas to develop and I belive all useful are already on the market. Now it's only evolution and Cypox Project is evolution of the very first Karpiel VPP idea in Disco Volante. Now stop whining and go learn some history of mtb.

WOW! a full on international debate! ain't the internet wonderful? yup i guess it's about that time that the bikenazi solved your problems: this bike is NOT a single pivot, but what would be the problem if it was, minaar and peaty both won world cups on SP.
the bike looks hot, and lets face it if you trash three replacement frame you really need to go to the factory or importer or whatever and have a chat to them about what is f*cking up.
lastly it is great to see top end bikes being produced all over the world not just UK and US, (see five years ago) if any of you polska boys know any one at DunCon, get them to keep it homegrown. tawain has enough of the bike making buisiness as it is. love you all -x-

by the by, i only just thought of this, but i guess you guys may find the name offensive, and i want to make it clear that we arn't neo nazis of any kind and we mean no direspect. the name refers to the fact that we have seen wrecked and kept hundreds of products over the past ten years of mountain biking and know enough to be very selective with what we think is worth riding.

take a seat and learn.....,

I Run the US and Canadain Market, and I work with the Duncon design team to
ensure we produce solid designs for every frame. As a hard-core rider....I have built and riden every bike DC makes.

Duncon backs every frame 100%, and here in the US and Canada....we have had no
issues with breaking frames, not one. If you have ever seen a Duncon frame (any DC frame) you can see it's built above standard, in fact over built to handle a pro-riders.

The Cane Corso has 8.2" of travel with a 4 point / 2 link VPP set swing, the Cypox Project is evolution of the very first Karpiel VPP idea in Disco Volante. What's different? The Cypox rear is new school design, a stiff rear-end with no pivots points.....making the rear super nimble.....and lighter. The Cane you see above is my bike....and was reviewed as one of
the hottest builds at Interbike (see decline mag next month). I have one HD_PRO who's
burning the trails, and a Canadain rider hucking the f*ck out of this bike,
this is a high-end bike for riders who rip!

The Akita, that's our 4-5.5" a solid single pivot Frame. This is my favorite frame....on 24" tires this is the best Slope-style, DJ, Hucker. On 26"....this bike is a full-on 4x racer, and super fast~ I have riders along with mayself, hucking this bike 25' gaps....on problems.
http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=225288&highlight=Akita

Our new Pussy Frame is a simple...but hot park/DJ frame.
Canada has been eating that frame up.

hope you learned something..........
