 I was a bit lame pushing up at first, handlebars made a good crutch haha but then once I got going in a rhythm nothing hurt, I rode without any strapping on it as I didn't want to restrict my circulation so I just struggled with strength in that leg to stand up when I was sat down waiting to start a run haha, but once I was stood up I was 100% on everything Smile buzzing!
