Selected by Matt Wragg - I think we're going to introduce a Mark Weir rule to PODs. Basically, if you want a POD, take a photo of Weir charging and it's a shoe-in. What's more, word is that he's getting close to the point when he will be back on a bike again after his horrific accident earlier this year. Along with Fabien Barel, he's definitely the toughest man in mountain biking.
