Your fork will need a rebuild i think. When you rise your bike while it's cold there is condensation inside the frame/fork and i can make rust :S

I hardly doubt there is anything wrong with the fork. Its not like bikes aren't meant to be rode in wet, muddy conditions. Also note how it looks like he covered the stanchions.
