I am a slash owner now too. I am in the owners club. My sweet lbs hooked it up and i got the last 15.5 8. Looks like slash is selling out. Trek seems to have pulled the 7 and 9 from their website. I am curious whats still available. I just hope the 8 is as sweet as the 9 i demoed.

Sweet man...they seem to be selling very well...I don't think you will be disappointed, same frame just a different spec.

all you damn slash owners suck ass. i mean it with the most love possible you truly suck ass. by the way this is just my smart ass way of saying i am jealous. i demoed the 9 and love love loved the bike. it was better that the enduro and the enduro evo, the trance sx. i wanted this bike had no complaints till i went in to buy and there are only 2 damn smalls left in the 8 build. now what i find a sweet ride and i cant buy it. this sucks ass

I just ended up keeping it.... Took it out for the first time Friday and was very impressed too. Hope you find one

if your not familiar with push industries check them out they have a shock tune for something like 250 or so and they have a 30$ part for the shock from what i understand it helps the shock take bigger hits but still retain the trail ride

Nice, thanks for the tip! I will definitely check it out... I have heard of push and avalanche through my one buddy.... He swears by both.

at 30$ for a shock tuning part that's crazy considering all the money we put into our bikes and the benefit of a shock part.
if you do it let me know. i may just settle and do the slash 8 and heck over time i can upgrade parts i dont usually switch bikes i ride for many years.
