yes I did although I didn't have to. The new design of the lower crown has plenty of room and paired with the ODI bumpers it makes for a very happy downtube!

Your gonna love it! Is it brand new or used? If its used get it updated with the new internals. I thought It was smooth at first but after sending it to fox and getting it updated, its basically Margarine!
