funny part about "bars" ---- eat them while you're just sitting around, chit-chatting, your bike has been put away for days and you haven't even thought about biking --- those things taste like crap (bars in general, I don't know how Threshold taste).

but, if you're out there biking, on your last bit of energy, about ready to bonk, they taste great.

how's that happen?!?!?!

While I love quest bars, I hope you all realize they are protein bars not energy bars. You can digest fiber and convert it into energy like sugar. I'm not condoning sugar but if your eating a quest bar as an energy bar, best pair it with an apple.

Yikes 20 grams of sugar! Have you tried quest bars before?

My life would be so much better if I never met Sugar. I exercise my balls off but then I always eat my feelings afterwards... zero self-control.

Hence why I find alternatives that taste like treats but aren't actually treats haha. Seriously though go to gnc And pick yourself up some quest bars. Throw one in the oven for a few minutes under the broiler. They are life changing!

I'll check them out, although a bag of red licorice is pretty hard to beat. Thanks.
