Supposed to be lifetime warranty but read the small print - turns out if you choose to sit on the thing, let alone wheel it out of the Garage, small print automatically voids your warranty! no customer loyalty whatsoever - avoid these cowboys at all costs including the UK agent freeborn

 Freeborn & Devinci have no customer loyalty whatsoever - don't waste your money with them. I am certainly not going to line their pockets on the basis of a failed frame, fortunately Being an engineer I happen to know a first rate aluminium welder who can repair the chain-stay & reinforce the way Devinci should have in the first place! Going to ride the repair unpainted & let everyone who asks know how S**t Devinci & their UK agent are hopefully this will cost them more in reputation than they have attempted to take from a once loyal customer?

 freeborn are a bunch of hacks no wonder Banshee left them! but I would've expected more from Devinci, deffinatly not nice. you going to pay the money or get a new frame?

 How much warranty was left? I know there's life time on Carbon frames
