It's just a slow shutter speed and first curtain flash synch. The crisp image you see is lit by the flash and the dark image behind it is backlit by the ambient light, it's the same frame. Learn about photography before you drop the PS bomb.

im pretty sure that most photos you see on POD are photoshopped a little bit, not sayin that they photoshop the ridier in but they touch it up here and there. but this is still a sick pic, the sunset is so damn beautiful its almost unreal looking. but its a good choice for POD.
