yeah, I had the Tr250 with a single crown, then I rebuilt one with a double crown, then I got a Tr450, sold the first one, then bought another right after that cause I missed it so much.

did a little preplanning and sold the Tr450, thinking I'd get a Tr500 soon as they came available.

**** me, I don't buy a new bike unless I sell my old bike first...

that's where I messed up, it didn't seem as if Transition was going to have a limited supply so I just sat around waiting for the right moment, sorta on the fence the fence on which color I wanted and how I was going to build it. then I got the email from Transition saying they sold out for the season.. OHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! shizix!!!! how'd that happen so fast??!?!?!?

not only did I sell myself short by not ordering one, all my peeps who had been asking about one were also SOL.

I had to shift my all alloy long travel full squish options to another brand in a jiffy... I sell a lot of FR/DH, without a Tr500 in the line up for the season, all I had to offer were Santa Cruz V-10, Evil Undead and the complete bike only KHS DH's... I dabble with Cover, Banshee and Ellsworth but those all seem to be outta touch from an alloy frame (aka a tad too blingy for most peeps). Transition has the perfect price point for most.

with the Tr500 basically off the market for Pshop's 2014 season, I had to scramble for an all alloy ' long travel back up plan.. picked up NS Bikes.. Their Fuzz DH and Soda frame are a fine choice but I still, man.... totally dig that Tr500.. what a sweet looking bike...

I hadn't realised Transition had sold out of their TR500's... guess they have proved a popular choice... as I was considering one myself off the back of this 450... very interesting... but equally frustrating for you eh!... tho that said the NS Bikes are s'posed to be pretty damn good too...
